How we Begun
Yolanda Barker attended a Chronic Pain seminar and spoke with Claudia about the possibility of a group being run in Ashford after hearing Claudia talk about the benefits to those with Chronic pain. The exciting call came early January.
The momentous day was 15th January 2014.
We met at the Joe Fagg Pop Inn. I had managed to encourage Vicky to come along too. With trepidation as non knitters/crocheters we stepped inside. One other lady arrived too which was hopeful. Claudia is a fantastic teacher with such patience. Vicky picked it all up quite quickly. I took a lot longer but I have got there.
Our group started to grow week on week and it seemed we were taking over the whole building as we moved tables to fit us all in.
